Frogs swims are currently Tuesday and Thursday 6.30am – 7.30am.
Should you wish to book a one-off swim please email [email protected] to book. The cost is £5 per session. These are subject to availability and must be booked and paid for in advance. No poolside bookings or payments can be taken.
